The official websites of Sant Gadgebaba Amravati University and other Colleges were hacked on Sunday. Inall more than 46 educational institutions based in the district, including colleges of Amravati, were hacked by a little known group said to be based in Pakistan, police said today.
Awaited demand of Amravati-Pune express was fulfilled by the railway ministry on Wednesday after an announcement to this effect was made during the railway budget. However, the train is biweekly, and citizens expect it to be made a daily train.

The deputy saranch of Borgoan (Dharmale) village has lodged a police complaint against MLA Ravi Rana, at Nandgaon Peth police station, alleging that the legislator thrashed him.
This is the second time in recent months when Rana has faced a police complaint. We had never experienced such issues in past in which acting MLA had faced such issues.
